This year’s Easter is already set to be a very special one as a local motorcycle group begin their fundraising campaign.
Challenging the biking stereotype, the Dacorum Motorcycle Riders will complete yet another toy drive in 2025.
Dressing up as Easter bunnies, the group deliver presents and much-needed toiletries to young patients at Watford General Hospital.
Last month, Santas could be seen zooming through the village as the bikers delivered items such as nappies, board games and sweets to families in need over the festive period.
Jon Andrews, the leader of the group, shared with KINGSnews: “Our charity ride went well and we had a good selection of gifts.”
While tinsel, baubles and Santa hats brought Christmas cheer, the riders are already seeking donations for their Easter drive.
The group are also inviting riders of all experiences to come along and join them.
