The jury in the case of a young woman driver accused of killing a motorbike rider has been discharged after failing to reach a verdict.
Samantha Wilson, 26, of Belle Vue Lane, Bushey, denied causing the death by careless driving of Adam Richardson on Sunday, September 20, 2020.

Mr Richardson crashed into the back of her Fiat 500 that was traveling slowly on the A414 dual carriageway near St Albans with its hazard lights on.
A fire broke out and he was pronounced dead at the scene, St Albans Crown Court heard.
When the jury failed to agree they were discharged by Judge Richard Foster.
The prosecution now has seven days to decide whether to have a retrial.
Should be jail…. if she can be free then all people gonna killing motorbike drivers. A414 speed limit is 70mph. Some people driving 20mph.
