A mouth artist from Chipperfield has said his new exhibition feels like “another step forward”.
Henry Fraser suffered an accident on holiday in 2009 that caused damage to his spinal cord and left him paralysed from the waist down.
His new exhibition, Hand to Mouth IV, took place on Saturday, September 14, and Sunday, September 15, and consisted of work he has created since leaving his parents’ home.
He also recently had his work displayed at the Paris 2024 Paralympics.
Speaking to BBC News, Henry said: “It was awesome. I loved it. It was a very cool project to be a part of.
“I loved watching every minute of it. [Disabled people are] not something that should be celebrated every four years.
“What the Paralympics ultimately shows is when you give disabled people the right support, access and opportunities, they can achieve great things. Not just survive but thrive at life.”
