A new bakery is coming soon to Packhorse Road in Gerrards Cross.
Gail’s Bakery is set to open in early December and will be serving bread, pastries, cakes, breakfast and lunch.
The building was previously home to Swiss-German bakery Jungs, before it closed in 2019.
The chain has two other branches in Buckinghamshire, in Beaconsfield and Marlow, and 100 across the country.
Gail’s CEO Tom Molnar said: “We are pleased to open bakeries in neighbourhoods where we see there is a need for craft artisan baking. We also support local charities and groups by donating surplus food that goes on to feed people within the communities.”
The bakery will bring new jobs to the area, with openings for front-of-house and craft positions. Gail’s recently started a recruitment campaign to encourage a healthy work-life balance for their staff.People are encouraged to apply and can do so by emailing recruitment@gailsbread.co.uk
