CHRISTMAS CHEER: Berkhamsted Charity Christmas Fair still on despite restrictions

Published on: 20th November 2020   |   By: Jake Levison   |   Category: Uncategorized

Friends of Berkhamsted churches are still finding a way to hold their annual Berko Christmas Charity Fair despite the pandemic’s restrictions.

The popular fair, the proceeds from which will go to charities connected with local people, including: People not Borders, St Francis Hospice and the LOVED children’s centre in Uganda (Jenga), has adapted to COVID-19 by creating a click and collect system.

Residents can order their wanted goods online now, then collect them from Kings Road Church on December 11 and 12.

You’ll be given a pre-booked time slot to pick yours up.

A whole range of delightful gifts are on offer: organic cosmetics, locally grown organic jams, flavoured gins, delightful artworks, bags, baubles and various handicrafts.

You could sort all your friends and family for gifts in one click and be helping a host of great causes at the same time.

You can also fell and collect your own Christmas tree by arrangement. The team will adapt to the latest COVID rules at the time.

To order now, check out www.berkochristmasfair.co.uk
