An Indian restaurant based in Chalfont St Giles has been praised by a former local resident, Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher.
In an interview with Round & About ahead of his appearance at Buckinghamshire music festival PennFest, set to take place on July 21 and 22, Noel was asked about having never performed any gigs in the county.
He replied: “I lived there for a long time – Chalfont St Giles to be exact. I might pay my favourite Indian restaurant, Milton’s Cottage, a visit for a vindaloo!”
He isn’t the only famous musician to have made the village his home, as Ozzy Osbourne previously lived in a Grade II listed property in Chalfont St Giles.
