CCTV APPEAL: Theft from church in Hemel Hempstead

Officers have released an image of a man they would like to identify and speak to in connection with a theft from a church in Hemel Hempstead.

It happened just after 1.15pm on Thursday, October 17 at St John’s the Evangelist Church on Station Road in Boxmoor.

Offender(s) entered the church and broke into the magazine collection box and stole cash.

PCSO Daniel McManus, from the Hemel Hempstead Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “We appreciate the images are not of the highest resolution however when investigating a crime, we have to ensure all the relevant enquiries have been made. 

“Perhaps you recognise the person’s clothing, or their stance?”
