Bestselling author Caroline Boxall couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw four posters advertising her latest book at Rickmansworth station.
Published on March 1, The Secret Children of Mumbai is the sequel to Caroline’s bestselling book, The Runaway Children of Chennai.
The Rickmansworth local and mother-of-five explained that her husband organised for the posters to go up at the station for Caroline’s birthday, which fell only days after her latest novel was published.
She said: “What a present! I just wish I travelled on the train more frequently, so I could admire the posters every day!”
The Secret Children of Mumbai follows Mariam and Rish as one joins a makeshift children’s camp and the other becomes entangled with a street gang. The book is available to buy from Chorleywood Bookshop and on Amazon.
