The pair are charged with theft of a mobile phone from the Mercure Hotel in Tylers Way on the A41 between 8.30pm and 9pm on Monday.  They are also charged with three thefts from motor vehicles in Harrow. Detective Sergeant Alex Warwick from the Hertsmere Local Crime Unit, said: “We would like to hear from anyone who has had their car broken in to but not reported it to police.  We have had a number of offences over the past few months and believe there may be some unreported incidents.” Anthony Brothers and Andre Rodrigues-Marquez are both appearing at St Albans Magistrates Court on May 19 and then again at Stevenage for their trial on June 5. They have both pleaded not guilty. To report a theft from your vehicle, please call DS Warwick on 101.
