Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to following the theft of a motor vehicle in Watford.
At around 2.30pm on Sunday October 20 a black Nissan Qashqai was stolen from outside a property on Buckingham Road.
PC Richard Fielding said: “We would like to identify the man pictured as he may have information which could help the investigation. If you recognise this person please contact me via richard.fielding@herts.pnn.police.uk”
