Two people have been sentenced in connection with the theft of a Range Rover in Radlett.
The keyless vehicle was stolen from outside an address in November 2023. It was later recovered in London.
An investigation was launched by detectives from the Hertsmere Local Crime Unit, leading to two suspects being identified and later charged. They were sentenced at St Albans Crown Court on Friday, May 9.
Danyal Mousa-Nejad, 26, of Hamilton Road, Barnet, was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to a charge of theft of a motor vehicle. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £187.
Casey Law, 24, of Bloomsbury Street, Camden, also pleaded guilty to theft of a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 22 months’ imprisonment, suspended for two years. He was also placed on a curfew and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £187, plus costs.
