A van flipped onto its side following a crash involving two vehicles on Bucknalls Lane, Garston, on October 1.
Hertfordshire Police were called at 8.23pm after being alerted to the incident involving a white Transit van and a black Audi A3.
The force confirmed the two vehicles were recovered at around 10pm and added they couldn’t see any injuries listed but advised contacting the ambulance service to confirm.
East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust was contacted to confirm the condition of those involved.
As images were shared in a community Facebook group, one resident asked: “Has the van spun around or come the wrong way up the road?” The poster, who was at the scene soon after the collision, replied: “My initial thoughts too, but I asked the tow truck guy, and he said the van was not going the wrong way.”
A later resident added: “Impact can cause anything up to a 360-degree spin.”
