Two people arrested and charged with a St Albans fraud have also been charged in connection with running a large cannabis factory in Watford.
St Albans Operation Scorpion officers carried out a search warrant in Watford following a conspiracy to commit fraud in St Albans where a man and a woman were trying to use fake passports to gain access to a bank account.
During the search, they discovered a cannabis factory with 32 plants.
Tram Mai, age 23, and Quy Vu, age 27, both of Whippendell Road in Watford have been charged with fraud and being concerned with the supply of a controlled drug – cannabis. They have both been remanded in custody.
