Police were called at 7.18am this morning to reports of a bus on fire in Radlett Lane, Shenley.
Officers recently left the scene and everyone is safe.
Recovery is being arranged for the bus and the road was cordoned off following the fire.
The bus, a 602 Uno service, caught fire just outside of Shenley Park.
Uno Hertfordshire’s Twitter account tweeted following the incident: “Service update: due to an incident on the 602 bus, we will not be serving Shenley Hill, buses will serve Porters Park, Harper Lane and divert Via Radlett. Buses will not serve the Red Lion Pub.”
