A local art society with a programme of interesting upcoming events is looking for new members to join up.
The Rickmansworth and District Art Society (RADAS) are a long-standing existing group for people in the town and surrounding areas to discover more about many different kinds of art, from painting to sculpture.
On the first Thursday of most months, they have demonstrations from a wide variety of local and professional artists, such as the recent visit from Keith Morton, a portrait painter, or Rosso Emerald Crimson, who’s work takes on a more surreal slant.
The group meets up every month, with meetings now being moved to the Mill End Community Centre on Church Lane after having previously been held at the Cloisters Hall.
