Police patrols across Northwood and Ruislip have been continuing in earnest in recent weeks.
The Safer Neighbourhood Teams (SNT) for Northwood, Northwood Hills, Ruislip and South Ruislip have been patrolling local streets, as well as raising awareness of crime and police initiatives online.
They also use their social media feeds to inform residents of the work they do in investigating and apprehending criminals.
Ruislip SNT arrested a man on charges of indecent exposure while on a foot patrol between West Ruislip station and the Hill Lane play area on Tuesday, July 16.
Northwood Hills SNT have also been busy, announcing on Thursday, July 11, that two prolific shoplifters had been convicted after they were investigated by officers.
Then, on Thursday, August 1, they also stated that three males had been arrested for failing to stop for police, aggravated vehicle taking, theft from motor vehicle, criminal damage, no insurance, going equipped to steal, and drink driving.
