St Albans City Football Club have announced a new stadium naming rights partnership with local business Mozzarella Fellas Pizza.
The deal will see the stadium formally renamed to “Mozzarella Fellas Stadium at Clarence Park”.
Signage has been fitted on the roof of the main stand and alongside the railway line on the wall of the clubhouse.
Adam Bailey, founder of Mozzarella Fellas, said: “St Albans City FC and Clarence Park are embedded into the fabric of the local community.
“We’re extremely proud to have secured the club’s first ever stadium naming rights agreement and look forward to a fantastic season ahead.”
The announcement has received mixed reviews from fans.
On Twitter, one supporter said: “Another kick in the face of the supporters.”
