Police are investigating following a burglary at a property in Tudor Manor Gardens, Garston.
The break in occurred sometime between 2pm and 9.20pm on Saturday, December 12 the police stated.
Damage was caused to a garden fence, before access was gained to the address via rear patio doors and an untidy search was conducted.
Two designer handbags were stolen.
A friend of the victim spoke to GarstonNews and said: “Two thieves entered the house without permission, and stole some valuables. They came by Coates Way around 5:30PM, cctv footage revealed.
“My friend came back home around 9pm, with a mess at home, almost all things in the living room and bedroom had been taken out.”
He also mentioned the incident left his friend shaken up. He added: “It must be scary to go through, and I think they might want to move to flats now, to feel more safe.”
