Rainbows and Brownies have literally been jumping for joy as many have been able to return to face to face guiding this term.
Under the guidance of Girlguiding, local leaders have prepared outdoor activities to welcome the girls back and give them great outdoor experiences, including local trails and surveys, woodland nature hunts and explorations, games and activities where they can earn all about space.
As the nights get darker, girls will once again be encouraged to build dens or put up their tents on October 24 and 25 and enjoy the region’s Under the Stars Festival, which is being supported by the Royal Astronomical Society.
4th Radlett Brownies are delighted to present Brownie Gold Awards to Keya and Maria, who have worked hard to complete theme awards from each of the six Girlguiding programme zones.
Girlguiding leader Verity Maclachlan was awarded the Anglia Laurel Award over the summer holidays.
This highly prestigious award is granted for exceptional service to Guiding throughout the region.
Girlguiding Radlett District welcomes new members and volunteers.
