Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a racially aggravated common assault in Radlett.
The incident occurred on Christmas Eve (Saturday, December 24) at around 11.30am, at the junction with Watling Street and Aldenham Avenue.
It is reported that an altercation occurred between the male drivers of a dark BMW saloon and a van, during which racist comments were allegedly made by one of the men.
PC Mark Lawrence, who is investigating, said: “Our enquiries are continuing and I would like to urge anyone with information to come forward.
“I am particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have filmed the incident or who recorded dashcam footage. Please email me at mark.lawrence@herts.police.uk with any information.”
