Two people have been arrested after offices responded to reports of a disturbance in Watford.
Hertfordshire Police officers attended the scene in Whippendell Road at around 9.18pm on Sunday, April 23, after receiving reports that a number of men had approached a man outside popular restaurant Chico’s Parmi ‘N’ Shakes and alleging that they were in possession of weapons.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Police said: “Police were called at 9.18pm last night (Sunday, April 23) to reports of a disturbance in Whippendell Road, Watford.
“Armed response officers were deployed to the area and identified two suspects, who were arrested at the scene. They remain in police custody at this time.
“No weapons were located and no one was injured.”
