Police officers swooped in on shops in Hemel Hempstead this afternoon (October 9) following reports that weapons were seen.
Hertfordshire Police were called just after 1.35pm to reports of a disturbance at Bennetts End shops off Bennetts End Road.
It was reported that weapons were seen, and damage was done to the door of a property in the road during the altercation.
Officers attended the location and carried out a thorough search of the area, but no suspects were traced.
Enquiries are currently ongoing therefore anyone who believes they witnessed this, or thinks they may have information, is being encouraged to contact police quoting reference 41/91532/19.
