The case of a Luton man who admits attacking his boyfriend and harassing him at his St Albans workplace was adjourned for a pre-sentence report yesterday.
Vincent Flemons, 49, was initially charged at St Albans Crown Court with five offences of domestic abuse towards the man.
Before the start of a trial earlier this month he admitted a charge of simple harassment and one of assault by beating on June 6 last year.
Gareth James, defending, said Flemons of Clarendon Road, Luton had already spent 140 days in custody which he said was a longer time than any sentence that could be passed on those charges.
Flemons was remanded in custody for sentence on April 4.
