Abbots Langley fitness guru to debut on BBC Three Counties radio

An Abbots Langley exercise guru is taking her business to the waves. Nana Akua, aka LadyXsize, will do her first shift on BBC Three Counties Radio on Sunday, March 30. The fitness expert and business owner will be presenting Nesta McGregor’s show between 8pm and 10pm. Nana started her career in radio on Kiss and Capital, then had her own Drivetime show for many years before landing a job as a live continuity announcer on BBC One and BBC Two. She said: “I absolutely love radio, I am so excited that I am getting this opportunity, I am hoping it will eventually lead to my own show.”
