A young athlete from Croxley Green is so far unbeaten in Muay Thai and K1 Kickboxing.
Emilia Azarova, 11, of Croxley Danes School, is unbeaten in over a year, winning eight fights in the process. She has established herself as one of the best in the UK in her categories and being ranked Number 1 in both Muay Thai and K1.
This year Emilia has won multiple opens with various sanctioning bodies, these include three English Open Championships, one European Open Championship and most recently, the WKO 5 Nation Championships.
The Lions Watford fighter said: “I am super proud of myself and thank everyone at Lions for all of their help, it’s such a great team and a fun place, I love winning and can’t wait to go again.”
Emilia has been selected alongside her teammate Jude Smith, 14, to represent Team England in the upcoming World Championchips held in Cork, Ireland. Both will be hoping to continue their success through to the end of the year.
