Residents from Pinner and Ruislip have raised £809 for PMRGCAuk by completing a Marathon in a Month.
The group challenged themselves to walk 26.2 miles in July, which is around 52,400 steps.
PMRGCAuk raises awareness about polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) and giant cell arteritis (GCA), which are diseases that affect a person’s immune system.
The support group ended their final walk at Hampton Court Palace and celebrated at a pub.
In total, £8,000 has been raised for PMRGCAuk through the Marathon in a Month, smashing their original target of £7,000.
A spokesperson for the charity said: “Thank you to all our walkers, supporters and sponsors.”
