Police have discovered approximately £15,000 worth of cocaine and heroin at an address in Watford.
Officers forced entry to the property in Francis Road at 7.30am yesterday (Thursday, August 17) under Section 8 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act.
They searched the property and found several packages containing cocaine and heroin.
Detective Inspector Chris Parperi, who leads the Watford Local Crime Unit, said: “This outcome is the result of a team effort between officers the Local Crime Unit, the Watford Scorpion Team, the Operational Support Group and the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire Armed Policing Unit.”
Hadi Alshikh Khamis, 18, of Francis Road in Watford, has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (cocaine and heroin).
He remains in custody and is due to appear at Hatfield Remand Court later today (Friday, August 18).
