Karen Wright, owner of Wright Stride Photography, has been a resident of Chalfont St Peter for 35 years and has had sensational success in two photographic competitions.
Not only did she win the award, she also placed 2nd and 3rd in her category at The British Institute of Professional Photographers South East Regional Awards for her equine portraits.
Karen was also awarded a Merit for her photograph of a lady, her hearing dog and her horse in The Equine Photographer of the Year in December 2019, which saw more than 1000 entrants take part.
She said: “I’m really looking forward to the Nationals of the BIPP competition, I’ve got great enthusiasm for the year ahead and what it can bring will be infectious.”
Karen doesn’t just specialise in equine and canine portrait photography; she also takes huge pleasure from photographing families and young children.
