WITNESS APPEAL: Woman hit in the face with watering can during assault in Elstree

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an assault in Elstree.

Between 3.45pm and 4pm on Friday, July 2, two women in their 50s became involved in an altercation in Allum Lane Cemetery.

One woman was reportedly hit in the face with a watering can and pushed to the floor, suffering minor injuries.

PC Eryka Morris, who is investigating, said: “I’d like to hear from anyone who was in the area of the cemetery in Elstree on Friday, July 2 and saw this incident or events leading up to it.
