Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an assault in Hemel Hempstead.
The incident occurred at around 2.30pm on Thursday, November 20, when two women exited their separate vehicles and were involved in a physical altercation on St Albans Hill.
PC Tate, from the Dacorum Response Team, said: “Our enquiries have been ongoing, and we are now appealing to the public for information in case anyone saw what happened.
“We understand a couple of people wearing high-vis clothing intervened, and we would like to hear from them.
