Officers are appealing for the public’s help to trace a man who is wanted, with links to St Albans.
Patrick Clark, aged 20 and of Fuchsia Lane in Ipswich, Suffolk, is wanted on recall to prison for aggravated vehicle taking.
He has links to St Albans and Redbourn in Hertfordshire as well as the Elsenham area of Essex.
Anyone who sees Clark, or has any information about his whereabouts, is asked to report information online at herts.police.uk/report, speak to an operator in the Force Communications Room via the online web chat at herts.police.uk/contact or call the non-emergency number 101.
