Despite the sweltering heat, the Chorleywood Classic & Supercar Show returned to the Common after a two-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, celebrating it’s tenth edition.

Taking place from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, July 16, the event was a chance for many local residents to see some of the best in retro motors, as well as some special supercars as well.

More than seven McLarens, a large number of Aston Martins, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Rovers, Alfa Romeos, Mini’s and large American cars could be seen at the show, with food and drink provided by local businesses.

Covers band The Junkyard Dogs were also in attendance to provide a musical backdrop to all the festivities.

The money raised by the event will all to the local Peace Hospice.
