VOTE 2022: Watford mayoral and borough council election candidates revealed

The candidates for this year’s mayoral elections in Watford, as well as the borough council elections, have been revealed.

Incumbent mayor, Peter Taylor, of the Liberal Democrats, Conservative candidate Binita Mehta-Parmar and Labour and Co-Operative candidate Asif Khan will be vying for the votes of Watford residents on May 5 next month.

Alongside them are 40 other current and hopeful borough councillors all contesting seats across the town.
