St Clement Danes School in Chorleywood is delighted to reveal the success of its students, following the release of GCSE results today (Thursday, August 22).

Forty-six per cent of all grades achieved were graded 7-9, with a number of students achieving all grade 8 or 9 outcomes. Results are broadly comparable to the successes achieved last year and the school is delighted that outgoing Year 11s now have the opportunity to move on to their next exciting steps.

Headteacher Mr Sutherland expressed his pride and said: “These results are a testament to the dedication and hard work of our students and staff. We are thrilled to see so many achieve their potential and look forward to supporting them in the next stage of their education.

“We look forward to welcoming most of our Year 11s back into the Sixth Form and wish our leavers the very best of luck as they move on to specialist pathways at college or in apprenticeships. As a school, we are proud of every student’s achievement and hope all remain connected as Old Danes for years to come.”
