Daredevils and adrenaline junkies from Northwood and beyond are invited to take part in a charity skydive.
Michael Sobell House at Mount Vernon Hospital is calling for residents to be part of a team of 10 who will skydive from 10,000ft.
The event will take place at Brackley Airfield, Northamptonshire, on Sunday, June 22. Participants will take part in a tandem skydive to raise money for the hospice, which supports people living with a serious or terminal illness.
A spokesperson for the hospice said: “Our skydive event is back for 2025, and we’re inviting adventurous individuals to join us for an unforgettable experience while raising vitals funds for Michael Sobell House.
“Whether you are an adrenaline junkie or looking to challenge yourself in a once-in-a-lifetime way, this is your chance to leap from 10,000ft, free-fall at 120mph, and support our hospice in delivering compassionate care to patients and families.”
Registration costs £70 and participants must be aged 16 or over. To find out more, please visit www.shorturl.at/39Wp0
