TV stardom visited Croxley Green last month to film for a new TV series.
Singer-songwriter and actress Paloma Faith and actress Polly Walker were captured by local photographer Dave Hutchinson as they were filming a scene on Lancing Way.
Warner Bros. Studios in Leavesden are producing the show which is believed to be upcoming US series Pennyworth set in the 1960s London following characters from DC Comics’ Batman.
Other cast members include Jack Bannon, Ben Aldridge, Ryan Fletcher, Hainsley Lloyd Bennett and Jason Flemyng.
Dave Hutchinson said: “A friend text me after walking down the road on the way to work so I went to investigate. Interestingly they changed Sherbourne Way into Loxham Way with a new road sign.
“The houses there look like they’ve been stopped in time 50 years ago so you can see why they used them.”
The programme is expected to air on American channel Epix in June 2019.
