One of the country’s most popular TV entertainers has spoken of his love for Watford.
Bradley Walsh, who has appeared on TV for decades, recently featured on a Channel 5 show about his life, including his upbringing in Watford and Garston.
Bradley Walsh: The Laugh’s On Me was broadcast in two parts on December 11 and 18.
The programme started by looking at his early years in Abbots Langley in the 1960s and his time attending Francis Combe School.
It went on to detail how his career took shape, with several of the friends he grew up with sharing anecdotes on what the TV presenter and former professional footballer was like in his younger days.
Bradley and childhood friend Vinnie Jones, who was a Premier League footballer in the 1990s, also reminisced about playing in the same football team.
Jones said: “Growing up in Garston, Bradley had some great lads around him and it was mickey-taking and jokes non-stop.”
The programme is available to watch on Channel 5’s catch up platform, My5.
