A host of popular celebrities came together to remind frontline NHS staff at Mount Vernon Hospital in Northwood to think about their mental health as much as possible during the pandemic.
Celebrities including Harry Hill, David Baddiel, Joel Dommett and Jo Brand (pictured) featured in the Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust short film last month.
It was a skit on celebrity attitudes, with a serious message for frontline NHS staff battling the COVID-19 epidemic.
It reminds health workers to think about their mental welfare and be aware of the many support services and wellbeing initiatives that have been put into place by The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for staff at its two hospitals: Mount Vernon, in Northwood and Hillingdon, in Uxbridge.
The video was put together by director, Rob Gillies and executive producer, Mel Crawford.
Mel said: “Really, It’s been a delight to work with the NHS and the Hillingdon team on this project, I cannot say thank you enough to the amazing array of talent who said yes without hesitation when asked, and the incredible team behind the camera who all volunteered their time for free.“
As the COVID-19 pandemic rumbles on, the Trust’s two hospitals said they are coping well with demand and continuing to provide excellent care for patients.
