Staff at a much-loved Kings Langley Indian restaurant are celebrating after receiving a perfect 5 rating from the Food Standards Agency (FSA).
Following a visit from agency inspectors on Wednesday, February 7, the top score in the FSA’s Scores on the Doors initiative was given to Kings Langley Tandoori, located on the High Street.
This means the restaurant has met the organisation’s top hygiene standards and scored highly in all of the FSA’s categories, including hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of the facilities and building, and management of food safety.
Owner of the restaurant Janu Miah posted a photo of her staff with the perfect rating on social media, stating: “The achievement of Kings Langley Tandoori. We have achieved five stars for hygiene. Thank you everyone for your support.”
