Boys & Girls Nursery in Rickmansworth– established in 2007 – received a rating of ‘good’ in all areas of their Ofsted report on June 1 as a result of their recent inspection.
The Ofsted inspectors made numerous praises to the nursery’s staff and children alike. The nursery was commended for its staff member’s ability to give the children much needed positive interactions which would go to help the children gain a deep understanding of language.
The inspectors reported that: “Their strong communication enables them to form close friendships.”
They even gave special mentions to the management team who were reported to have provided staff with “strong support” and aimed to “encourage them to complete training and develop their professional knowledge.”
Director, Natasha Kirby commented on the report, stating that: “We celebrate an amazing 15 years of providing care and education at Boys & Girls Nursery this year, and to be recognised once again as a good provider is a great achievement.”
