A man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery following an incident that took place in Hemel Hempstead last week.
Police were called to Apsley Supermarket in Dickinson Quay shortly after 10.50am on Thursday, October 3, to report that a man had entered the shop and assaulted a member of staff before stealing approximately £150 in cash from the till.
Following enquiries, a 43 year old man from Watford was arrested in connection with the incident earlier this evening (Tuesday, October 8). He remains in police custody at this time.
