A lady had her bag and personal items stolen by two thieves in Costa Coffee in Northwood.
On Saturday, January 26 at 3.44pm, two males were caught on the stores CCTV taking the victims bag from under her chair when she was having a coffee with her friend and quickly leaving the shop.
The two men got away with the victims mobile phone, credit and debit cards, store cards, driving licence and a bunch of John Lewis vouchers which she had been collecting over a long period of time.
The lady revealed that there were atleast nine transactions made on her card after her bag was stolen within 30 minutes in Tesco, newsagents and a bakery.
The victim’s phone was allegedly turned off one minute after it was stolen.
Met Police confirmed that they had a report of a handbag being stolen and they are continuing investigations as no arrests have been made.
