The Grain Yard in Borehamwood, by multi award-winning developer, GRIGGS, is now complete.
On Monday, February 28, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held on site to celebrate the completion of the affordable homes and the handover to Watford Community Housing.
The Grain Yard is one of Hertfordshire’s most prestigious developments, which sold in record time. The collection of architecturally distinctive homes were designed using a select palette of materials to complement their verdant surroundings and include a mix of 6 affordable homes, 13 private ownership homes, and one commercial premises which is the new HQ for GRIGGS.
To add to its success, the development won Best Development, Best Mixed-Use Development, Best Office Development and Best Development Marketing at the UK Property Awards in 2021.
