Villagers are praising Croxley Green Parish Council and its rangers for their work adding a bit of colour and nature to the village.
The path between Kenilworth Drive and Baldwins Lane has now become home to a wildflower meadow providing a lovely natural display and promoting biodiversity.
Residents have been praising the council across social media for the wildflowers which have added a touch of colour and positivity to the village.
Avid photographer Stephen Danzig posted a range of photos of the meadow on Facebook to show his appreciation.
He said: “Just so lovely, like a dream, could spend hours admiring the amazing display of wildflowers, well done Croxley Parish.”
Jean Armstrong who lives in the village has been making greetings cards to support local charity CW wildlife even incorporated the meadow into her new card design.
The new greeting card is due to be available to buy from Robert Harris Jewellers in Rickmansworth from mid-August.
