STATION INCIDENT: Man dies on tracks at Hemel Hempstead railway station

Emergency services were called to Hemel Hempstead railway station yesterday (August 29) to a reports of a casualty on the tracks.

Officers were called to the station at 7.51am.

Paramedics also attended, however sadly a man was pronounced dead at the scene.

A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said: “This incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
