The KSIMC of London, Hujjat Stanmore, played host to a “spectacular” event which served as a “launchpad” for more than 90 small businesses on November 26.
The gathering, which took place at Byron Hall, Harrow, offered an opportunity for budding entrepreneurs to showcase their diverse range of products and services to an eager audience.
More than 1,300 people attended the meet, including the Mayor of Harrow.
The event featured a Dragon’s Den style competition, where entrepreneurs pitched their business ideas to a panel of experts vying for a prize of £10,000 to fuel their business aspirations.
Sukaina Nurmohamed, executive committee member of KSIMC, said: “The competition was fierce, with each participant showcasing their vision, dedication, and the potential impact of their business on the market. The panel deliberated thoughtfully, considering the feasibility and innovation behind each proposal. After much anticipation, a winner emerged [Sana Fatema Pirmohamed – The Giving Cube], their enthusiasm palpable as they were announced the recipient of the £10,000 prize.
“The success of the small business showcase at Byron Hall is a testament to the collective enthusiasm and support for entrepreneurship.”
