A care company based in Amersham has won big at the SME (small and medium enterprises) National Business Awards after being shortlisted for two awards.
Ashridge Home Care, located at Saint Marys Court, The Broadway, was shortlisted for Best Employer of the Year and Service Excellence.
The awards recognise industrious, hardworking, and enterprising SME’s nationally and culminated in a Grand Final at Wembley on Friday, December 3, in which the Amersham company were named Best Employer.
Ashridge Home Care provides live-in and visiting carers for vulnerable and elderly people across the South East of England.
Following the win, founder Trudi Scrivener said: “This is such a fantastic win for us. This award is a testament to everything we have done to value and look after our care staff.

Visiting carer Sarah O’Donnell joined the team at the awards ceremony.
