Radlett Lawn Tennis & Squash Club (RLTSC) are reflecting on a successful season.
The club entered 15 adult teams across a number of local tennis leagues this year, with the Men’s C and Mixed C teams winning their divisions in the Watford and District League. On top of this, the Men’s B, Mixed A and Mixed B teams finished runners-up in their respective divisions.
At the Hertfordshire Summer County championships in September, Ari and Riyan won the U10s boys doubles, whilst Yoyo proved herself one to watch when she took home the U10 girls’ singles trophy.
Another special shout-out goes to Noah, who won the U14 Grade 3 event in October.
Most recently, the club held its annual tennis doubles championship, in which Roman Murphy and Jed Gaffin won the men’s section, while Aileen Barber and Alison Argyle won the women’s.
RLTSC’s squash section also enjoyed a highly successful season, with the first team once again winning the county cup, the London championships, and the Hertfordshire championships.
