A Berkhamsted magician set an incredible Guinness World Record by performing 20 magic tricks underwater in three minutes.
Martin Rees had been attempting to break the record for most tricks underwater for three years before finally completing it towards the end of last year for Guinness World Records Day 2020.
Thousands of people have watched Martin complete the challenge thanks to a video posted on the Guinness World Record’s Facebook page.
Following the achievement, Martin said: “This record is dedicated to the kids and families of Spread a Smile and if you’ve enjoyed watching, please donate if you can to www.spreadasmile.org/donate”.
Martin’s triumph was a hit worldwide – American talk show host Jimmy Fallon even mentioned the magician’s heroics on The Tonight Show.
