Harrow Apollo Male Choir recently took part in a special performance to raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).
The group held a concert at the Parkstone Yacht Club in Poole, Dorset, on Saturday, June 21, before singing on the quayside the following day.
Concerts manager Chris Drew shared: “It was a great weekend superbly organised by Hilary Pearce.
“Everyone was so friendly and appreciative and the accommodation and service in the RNLI College couldn’t have been better.”
The concert on Saturday and appearance on the quay on Sunday raised around £1,200 for the RNLI.
If you would like to join the choir, you are invited to the Church Hall at St Alban’s Church North Harrow any Tuesday evening at 8pm. There is a break in August but rehearsals for the autumn programme will commence on Tuesday, September 2 for a performance at Bentley Priory.
